Robin Meade sat down with Dr. Mehmet Oz, host of "The Dr. Oz Show," to find out how to keep your brain in shape. One way is physical exercise. Dr. Oz says dancing is a great way to get blood pumping because mixing music with physical movement helps keep the brain young. Supplements like Omega 3 fatty acids are also good for the brain too according to Dr. Oz. But contrary to popular belief, fish may not be the BEST source of those fats. He says, "Fish don't make omega threes. They eat them. I get [omega threes] from algae." One other way to keep your brain busy is to shake up your daily routine. Dr. Oz suggests doing things that are outside of your comfort zone: Take a different route to or from work, make new friends, pick up a new hobby. He tells Robin, "If you're doing the same thing every day and you're in a rut, get out of it."
