Bite into these sexy foods

Posted: 12:06 PM ET

Dr. Lisa Masterson from 'The Doctors' says foods that are high in folic acid and antioxidants can improve your libido! And guys, next time you dismiss celery as "rabbit food" consider this: according to Dr. Masterson, those boring dip-sticks can actually make your sweat as alluring to women as sugar-water to a hummingbird. Celery! Who knew? Other surprising aphrodisiacs: avocado & nuts. Of course those slimy old standbys, oysters make the list... and what's sexier than the ruby-red of a pomegranate?

What do you serve when it's time to set the table for love?

Work out your brain on the dance floor

Posted: 11:19 AM ET

Robin Meade sat down with Dr. Mehmet Oz, host of "The Dr. Oz Show," to find out how to keep your brain in shape.

One way is physical exercise. Dr. Oz says dancing is a great way to get blood pumping because mixing music with physical movement helps keep the brain young.

Supplements like Omega 3 fatty acids are also good for the brain too according to Dr. Oz. But contrary to popular belief, fish may not be the BEST source of those fats. He says, "Fish don't make omega threes. They eat them. I get [omega threes] from algae."

One other way to keep your brain busy is to shake up your daily routine. Dr. Oz suggests doing things that are outside of your comfort zone: Take a different route to or from work, make new friends, pick up a new hobby. He tells Robin, "If you're doing the same thing every day and you're in a rut, get out of it."

How toxic is fat to our bodies?

Posted: 01:03 PM ET

When you have belly fat, it puts pressure on you kidneys which jacks up your blood pressure, poisons your liver (elevating the lousy LDL cholesterol) and blocks insulin which causes diabetes. Put together those things lead to the epidemic of heart disease and possibly an increased risk of cancer. So what can you do about it? Dr. Oz tells Robin that it's much easier than you think to bust your big belly... start eating "real food" and walk!
