This is so funny... Have you seen the viral video of the baby, who laughs at ripping paper? His daddy got a job rejection letter. He tore it in half and little Micah loved it! So dad just kept ripping stuff! Actress Alyssa Milano reportedly saw this, tweeted the link, and it went viral. It's had more than 250-thousand hits on YouTube.
