Navy Senior Airman Benjamin Frank and his children.

We want to salute our Soldier, Sr A Benjamin Frank with the 151st CES, EOD team serving in OEF Afghanistan. He is a Dad, a wrestling buddy, a husband, and a best friend. He has been gone over a month and we miss him like crazy!

Ben has left behind 3 little boys and his princess who writes him daily and are trying to be as strong as they can to help out Mom while Dad is gone. We can't wait for his return home in April.

We love him so much and we are very proud of what he is doing for our family and for the country. Stay strong and keep safe, Love you babe!

- Tera Frank

I would like to compliment the Northwest Pilots (aka Delta Airlines) for keeping their aircraft airborne for only 150 miles beyond the airport in Minneapolis! And then landed safely.

How about the DELTA Rio de Janario flight that landed on A TAXI RAMP AT THE BUSIEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD???

There could have been a number of flights taxing for takeoff and the loss of life would have been catastrophic...YET...WE HEAR VERY LITTLE FROM THE NEWS MEDIA AND/OR DELTA about this total
lack of responsibility. Nope....I don't fly very much anymore!!

For today's story regarding the death of the boy and the aluminum bats: I think aluminum bats should be banned after age 11.. My son is 12, he still plays in the little field, and some of the kids at age 12-13 are grown man's size. If you do the math: little field, short distance, 160 pounds boy hitting with 60 miles/hour – who could be facing a 90 pound pitcher...I say a prayer before each game! Perhaps the manufacturers of aluminum bats could sell full body armour as well!

I have been out of work for a year. I have done the classes and job fairs, and meetings, and nothing so far. But at least i had medicaid to help on my family mediacal needs. Not SO FAST, My wife has had to stop work for a serious medical issue, she finally qualified to recieve SS payments. Because she will recieve this money, The COUNTY DSS counts it as INCOME. We are just hanging on, we've been paying back bills. I was Dropped from the Medicaid Insc, but at least, my Family is covered. But God help us if i get sick. Doctor or living? This is what it has come down to.
